Scheduling & CancellationAppointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or lack of access to the RV at the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee to cover reserved service time.To maintain service quality, availability is limited and late cancellations prevent us from offering that time to other RV owners.Pricing & Service ScopeService pricing is based on RV length, axle configuration, and selected service package. Final pricing is confirmed prior to service.Inspection and maintenance services are non-invasive, observational evaluations performed at the time of service. Repairs, major resealing, and component replacement are not included unless quoted separately and approved by the customer.Inspection ReportsInspection reports reflect conditions observed at the time of service and are intended to assist RV owners in making informed maintenance decisions. Findings do not guarantee future performance or prevent future failures.Access & UtilitiesCustomers are responsible for providing safe access to the RV and, where applicable, access to water, shore power, and propane systems. If required access is not available at the scheduled time, service may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled.PaymentPayment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.Service AreaServices are provided within a defined service area. Extended travel may result in additional charges, which are confirmed prior to service.
